Recently raced 70.3 cairns , 100% fuelled by MapleRoo energy gels and drink mix .
On warm races the digestive system doesn’t work as well as on coller environments. But as MapleRoo is digested way easier than other gels I had no problem at all , went on for the fastest run of the day and first overall over the 70.3

I tried both the gels and the drink mix., and used them for my last race (IM Cairns) and several training sessions since then. The gels are super easy to consume due to their liquid consistency (forget about dealing with sticky gels). They’re super tasty but still tasting naturally, so you can have many (like for an IM) without getting sick of them. I love the raspberry one with 30gr of carbs in a super compact package. The drink mix tastes the same and and goes equally great with the tummy. Highly recommended!!
