Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter
    The promoter is mapleROO Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 72 686 305 448) (“Promoter”).
  2. Competition Period
    The competition opens when the promotional competition flyer is first distributed and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Monday, 31 August 2026 (“Competition Period”).
  3. Eligibility
    Entry is open to Australian residents who are not already subscribed to the mapleROO mailing list at the time of entry.
    Employees and contractors of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
    There is no minimum age to enter. Entrants under 18 years of age must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter, and the Promoter may require a parent or legal guardian to accept the prize on their behalf.
  4. How to Enter
    To enter, an eligible entrant must, during the Competition Period:
  • provide the requested contact details;
  • subscribe to the mapleROO mailing list; and
  • remain subscribed to the mapleROO mailing list until the winner is drawn.
  1. Entry is free and no purchase is required.
    Only one entry per person is permitted. Existing mapleROO mailing list subscribers are not eligible to enter.
  2. Prize
    One winner will receive a mapleROO prize pack valued at approximately $500 AUD, containing:
  • 1 x mapleROO Soft Flask
  • 1 x mapleROO Drink Bottle
  • 1 x mapleROO Backpack
  • 1 x mapleROO Singlet
  • 1 x mapleROO Bucket Hat
  • 12 x Salted Maple Gels
  • 12 x Maple Coffee Gels

  1. The winner may select their preferred singlet size, subject to availability.
    The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If a prize item becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute an item of equal or greater value where permitted by law.
  2. Prize Delivery
    Standard delivery is included to Australian metropolitan areas.
    If the winner resides outside a metropolitan delivery area, any additional freight or delivery charges may be the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter will advise the winner of any applicable delivery arrangements before dispatch.
  3. Winner Selection
    One winner will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries on Tuesday, 1 September 2026.
    The draw will be conducted electronically by the Promoter.
  4. Winner Notification
    The winner will be contacted using the email address provided when entering the competition.
    The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner.
  5. Claiming the Prize and Redraw
    The winner must respond and claim the prize within 14 days of being notified.
    If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 14 days, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise does not claim the prize, the Promoter may conduct a redraw from the remaining valid entries to determine a replacement winner.
  6. Validity of Entries
    The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent or otherwise does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  7. Changes or Cancellation
    If the competition cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the competition, subject to applicable laws and any requirements of relevant regulatory authorities.
  8. Liability
    Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
    To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance or use of the prize, except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence or where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
  9. Mailing List
    By entering the competition, entrants agree to subscribe to the mapleROO mailing list in accordance with mapleROO’s existing mailing list terms and applicable privacy practices.
    Entrants must remain subscribed until the prize draw on Tuesday, 1 September 2026 to remain eligible for the competition.
