Our FTA Official athletes come from diverse backgrounds but share a common drive to push limits. Gilly’s love for swimming and multisport led her to triathlon after falling in love with a 70.3 race in Brazil. Thales was inspired by curiosity and self-improvement, learning the power of belief and goal-setting. Diogo’s time in the Brazilian Army instilled discipline and mental resilience, fueling his passion for endurance. Patrick’s shift to endurance sports came during COVID lockdowns, where he discovered confidence through strategy and hard work. Together, their journeys reflect growth, determination, and the transformative power of endurance sports.

For some, it’s tackling weaker disciplines—whether improving running technique or overcoming swimming struggles with a strong mindset on race day. Others battle the mental challenges of staying patient through injuries or staying motivated during setbacks like illness. But together, as teammates, they lift each other up, stay accountable, and push through—proving that endurance is as much about mental strength as it is physical.

Surrounding themselves with good friends, training partners, and a supportive community keeps motivation high. Most importantly, they remind themselves to train for personal pride and happiness—not for external validation.

I love the taste of it! The gels are easy to take, easy to digest, and give a good boost of energy. I also love using the drink mix during my session as it provides a consistent amount of carbs and tastes great.
